It’s simple and easy to sign up for one of our support packages. Just contact us and we will discuss your needs and come up with the best package for you.
Nope. All we need is 30 days notice to cancel a support package and then it’s over. We work on rolling contact basis one month at a time.
Depending on the package the reports can be anything from any work that’s occured during the dedicated hours, any issues found or improvements needed. Tell us what’s useful and we’ll structure the reports accordingly.
The default packages start from the price displayed above but we are happy to discuss additional features such as adding analtyics, reporting, monitoring, hosting etc if needed.
No worries. We can create a bespoke package for your specific needs. Just get in touch and we can come up with a spec to suit your business.
Within reason. We prefer to support site’s we’ve built but are happy to take over sites for customers who need someone new for whatever reason. This might incur a fee while we review the existing site.
